We are located in the elegant Politeama district, one of the most prestigious in Palermo, right in the center, on Via Principe di Belmonte, pedestrian area called “the living room of Palermo”, where you can go shopping or enjoy the delicacies of Sicilian pastry in peace.

We are at the center of everything in Palermo, just 5 minutes walk from Piazza Verdi, home of the magnificent Teatro Massimo, the largest opera house in Italy and third in Europe, as well as entrance to the historic center of the city and the UNESCO route.

The equipment includes all the services and finishes of a 4-star hotel, with treatment type bed and breakfast.

The Wagner Residence has six rooms, four of which are double/twin, one triple and one quadruple, four with private bathroom and two with en-suite bathroom, there is also the possibility of using the large suite with six beds with en-suite bathroom.

Access to the residence and individual rooms is via badges.

All rooms are equipped with every comfort: soundproofing, air conditioning, 32-inch LED TV, SAT TV, SKY TV, free Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, minibar, hypoallergenic furnishing fabrics and orthopedic mattresses.

The bathrooms have been designed to offer the comfort of a made-to-measure SPA, therefore they are equipped with towel warmers, hairdryers, wire clotheslines, showers with large “waterfall” effect shower heads with 4 different types of flow, furnished and equipped with luxury finishes.
